Lawngevity Landscape & Design provides landscaping, lawn maintenance, snow and ice management, hardscaping, drainage, and related outdoor services throughout New Jersey. Services are provided pursuant to written proposals or contracts.
Submission of a form or request does not create a binding agreement.
How We Use Your Information
Estimates & Scope
All estimates are based on visible site conditions at time of inspection. Pricing may change due to unforeseen conditions, scope modifications, or material cost increases. Change orders require written approval.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined in your proposal or contract. Late payments may incur fees and interest as permitted by law. Services may be suspended for non-payment.
Scheduling & Delays
Weather, permitting, inspections, supply chain delays, and other conditions beyond our control may affect scheduling. Lawngevity is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
Property Access & Site Conditions
Clients must provide safe and clear access to work areas and properly mark private utilities. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation lines, invisible fences, underground wiring, or similar systems.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
